Andrea D. Giedraitis is a partner with Summers Levine, LLP. She has practiced family law exclusively since being admitted to the California Bar in 2000.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University, Northridge in 1992 and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2000.

Beginning as an associate attorney for a highly reputable boutique family law firm in Chicago, Illinois, she focused on complex family law matters. She brings her experience and knowledge of the multi-faceted area of family law, handling complex financial matters and high conflict parenting disputes. 

Kristine L. Capell is a partner at Summers Levine Lipsic & Hersh, LLP, where she is well-known for calmly guiding her clients through difficult family law issues including prenuptial agreements, complex property valuation and division, spousal support and child support determinations, Post-Judgment modification actions, and contested custody disputes.

April M. Zonnis has spent her entire legal career devoted to the practice of family law. April has demonstrated her ability as a family and divorce lawyer to informally resolve disputes whenever possible and regularly participates in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and settlement conferences. Nonetheless, when a settlement is not possible, April is not afraid to litigate in order to preserve her client’s rights.

Callie M. Kramer joined Summers Levine Lipsic & Hersh, LLP in October 2020. Ms. Kramer is a native of central Ohio where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In 2003, she received her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School. Since graduation, she has practiced exclusively in Family Law.

Gary J. Cohen, who is of counsel to Summers Levine Lipsic & Hersh, LLP, has been practicing law in the Los Angeles area since 1975. Mr. Cohen’s practice focuses primarily on family law appellate work.
